Why doesn't my download link work anymore?

Hi,

A while ago I purchased an IconPackager theme https://www.wincustomize.com/explore/iconpackager/2124/ and can no longer download it. I get redirected to the homepage of Wincustomize. Please tell me I do not have to purchase this again.
