I'm trying to find out if it's still possible to alter ship stats? Shield and weapons strength etc.
Yes. You just need to convert the BIN files to TXT files to modify. Convertor is found in the files.
Alright I see ConverterData_Rebellion.exe is this the converter? I'm using note pad which I have used in the past.
I tried using ConverterData_Rebellion.exe it does not seem to do anything, a window flashes then nothing seems to happen.
I hate having to keep coming on here and pestering people every time an update occurs.

Ended up going to www.ricksgalaxy.com and downloading the conversions there.
I had a personal program that uses the converter but there is suppose to be a way to use it without. Something with run program and a batch file. It has been a while since I modded Sins.
