Windows update broke start10 and Deskscapes

Error -212

Hello, After an update to windows 10 my programs have stopped functioning correctly. I've tried reactivating them using both login and product key but both give 212 errors. I've tried resetting licences on the site but this does nothing (and i was not at maximum licences anyways.) I've tried downloading the 'sdsupporttool' i found, but this does not appear to generate a output file to the desktop as it states. I'd normally provide much more detailed repro steps but i'm quite tired, and not sure what further steps to take at this point, I cannot reactivate this software, and I need assistance.

I have done this and entirely purged the program. Reinstalling still gives me a -212 error. How do I contact support. This is silly, I want to be able to use my software.
