in Relation to your email from Mr. Andreas Baumgartner I created a new User account.

 

The download link for the ordered Software works well but the product keys are not available.

 

Please create a link to my existing user account.

Hello,

there is still the problem that no order is connected to the user account. If I use the follow link https://www.stardock.com/support/product-key-retrieval I get the following result:

Account Lookup Failure

We could not locate any keys associated with the email address you provided. Please try any other addresses you may have used; perhaps an email address you use for payments (PayPal).

If you are still unsuccessful, please click here to place a support ticket.

Please forward the order connection to my user account or send direkt a link to get the product keys.
