A flash setting window.

After installation, the setting window just appears for a moment and then disappear. It doesn't work even I uninstall and reinstall the software.

What you trying to get at? Groupy setting? Can't you get to it through the Start panel or through ODM? Once you got the groupy turn on you can always get to it via the 3 dot menu on any windows such as windows explorer.

Nothing on the tab bar of explorer. A window just appears for a moment while clicking the icon in start panel.
