Ungroupable Programs

from Stardock Forums

Hi, I am using a lot of programs whîch seem not to work to be grouped with groupy. Is there any workaround for this ?

There is several applications, for example Dashlane, MemoMaster, thats the ones I use daily plus a cloud based ERP (WinBiz) building on CitrixReceiver...

Unfortunately the DashLane developers chose to ignore Windows standards and made their window without a titlebar.  As such Groupy will ignore it.  This is also why that window lacks any sort of animations on minimize, maximize and close.

MemoMaster appears to be developed in VB6 and it has a hidden window that's making Groupy ignore the parent window.  This may be fixable in future updates as this looks to be something we can detect and whitelist.

I imagine your other app either doesn't have a proper titlebar, or is a child of another window.

I think that is the case, since there is Citrix Receiver behind, which I can not group either...
