Error Msg after start screen

Anyone else getting these messages after start screen, i've turned off my AV, reinstalled the game validated the files and even done the opt in but i still get the messages http://s833.photobucket.com/user/adieuk_images/library/GalCiv3?sort=3&page=1

If you are running mods try removing them first.

I've done everything possible that i can think of i've even uninstalled all my DLC's i'll install them one at a time to see if any of them are bugged.

By looking at the error msg pics I would say remove the Terran Federation. It is acting like some of the starbases are custom made and you do not have the parts to make the starbases.

I've installed all DLCs and Exp Packs and the error is with the Crusade Expansion and I can't remove the terran faction

I am using 2802 with all DLC etc. My Terran's are called an Alliance. Terran Federation is the one that is causing the problems. Try going to Steam and UN-subscribing them.

I see 9 Terran Federations

I can't remove the Terrna Resistance as its part of the crusade DLC and all my mods are removed
