What is this icon theme and are there other good flat themes?

Hi!

I just bought Icon Packager yesterday. Does anyone know this icon theme that Stardock used in one of their screenshots? I thought it might be one of the default ones but it is not.

Also, if anyone knows of any other good flat icon themes recommendations are appreciated. Thanks a lot!
