Tiles auto hide issue

Tiles window is not automatically hiding, not sure why. I have the following 2 settings in tiles. 

1. Make the bar appear on top of other windows - checked

2. Keep bar visible when windows are maximized - unchecked

3. Automatically hide the bar when not in use - checked
