My Docks were all out of alignment

I've used Object Dock since 2005 and to me it is essential. Low and behold ALL my docks were suddenly out of alignment! Now I know how to fix them but that's a pain in the rear every time you load a dock you had all set up perfectly. Vertical and horizontal they were borked! So I fixed Alloy. Then Black Pixels. I wanted to use Sintrone so I was going about doing that when I noticed that the start panel was cut off on the left of that skin! Somehow or another my monitor setting had been messed with. I'm thinking it happened when I was re-arranging the power strip the monitor is plugged into yesterday. I was tidying up my desk area. The monitor went on and off a couple times in a row. 

So if anyone starts seeing things like docks being out of whack look at the monitor settings first.
