Hi all,
Everytime I start my PC I get the admin confirm popup as Fences is starting.
Im about to try to fully uninstall & reinstall Fences to see if that makes a difference.
Any other suggestions...?

Make certain you are not running Fences.exe as admin:

I confirmed that fences.exe was not running as admin via the file properties.
I also completed the "purge" process as linked.
Going to check out some more OS based avenues, as I'm not sure its directly linked to Fences, however if there are any other pointers it would be useful to help with the triage.

Have done clean boot, purge & reinstall, and still the same results.
I think this is now pointing to an OS issue rather than specifc to Fences, so will rebuild and try from there...
Hi all,
"Reset" Windows 10 and re-installed...all was well, but problem is back again.
Going to flattern the PC, and complete fresh install to see what happens after that.
Will report back once I've had the chance to do above.
