Can't rate nor comment on skin.

Saw IceBabee's New WB and decided to have a look. It looks great but...I couldn't rate it. Where the stars usually are it says average rating 7 and next to it yours -1. I tried to say something in the comments but when I clicked submit it jumped to the top of the page, twice. What's up with that.

Just tried it and was able to rate and comment.

Try logging out and clearing cache and logging back in to see if that helps.
