License Expired

Hello all:

Every time I reboot I receive pop-ups for Fences and other modules that the license is expired.  When I enter the product key, either by actually entering the key or selecting account, it shows that is successfully activates.  But I receive the message every reboot.

Now, I can't use Fences, or even get into "Configure Fences" by right-clicking without the "Your Fences license has expired" pop-up.

My subscription is current as are all Object Desktop modules.

Thank you.  I visited that page before but I don't see how to take a snapshot for Fences V3; is it automatic in V3? 

As mentioned above, I can't get to Fences configuration, to take a snapshot following the V2 instructions, as I get the license expired message.  Entering the license satisfies the message and shows activation successful but then when I try again to get into configuration, I still receive the expired license message.

Fences automatically take daily backup snapshot. You can go to "C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Stardock\Fences\Backups"

what is your latest backup date

My snapshot was recent so I followed the purge instructions above and all is well now.  Thank you for the quick help!
