T-mobile port scams

Got a message from T-mobile today indicating that I should add an additional security measure to ensure that my phone is not compromised and personal information accessed for illegal intent. 

I still don't understand the whole thing and the woman I talked with at T-mobile had a high pitched shrill voice and talked way too fast. I really didn't understand her. I'll call back tomorrow, hopefully I'll get someone more helpful.
