Esupport - registration broken, Fences - activation broken.

Fences deactivated after after Windows 10 Update and would not re-activate. Computer name (E*N) and serial number (C7C1C-*****-*****-*****-*****-C1D5B) haven't changed. Stardock's management interface says "1 current activations out of 0 total". This issue affects "Fences 3 Upgrade" licenses. Normal version looks fine. I did not cared for some time, but Fences started to throw me out of full screen games with its annoying activation message.

And If it still can not be solve you will need to be patient and wait for Stardock Main to be back on Monday.

Thank you for reply. Unfortunately, nothing works. I've tried to deactivate and do offline activation without success. I guess it is because Stardock database record is set to "0 total" activations while there must be "5 total" activations available. This is what I see on license management page:

Activations for product key C7C1C-*****-*****-*****-*****-C1D5B


0 current activations out of 0 total

Activation adds record:

1 current activations out of 0 total

PCName First Activation Date Last Activity Date  
E*N 2/10/2018 10:27:48 AM 2/10/2018 10:27:48 AM  Deactivate

...but program, fails to activate on PC.

Noted,

I'm sorry to hear that. Could you try to purge and reinstall. Try to save a snapshot before you do that so that you can restore it later. Try this steps to purge and reinstall. https://forums.stardock.com/486084/fences-support-faq#reinstalling

and report back if it help.

Unfortunately, full uninstall and use of Purge_Fences.bat did not solved then problem. I think that "0 current activations out of 0 total" is the problem and can be fixed by Stardock developers only. At least I was able to re-register e-Support account and create a ticket. Thank you for trying to help. I appreciate that.

@sdRohan: Thank you. Resetting %ProgramData%\Stardock\Fences* folder worked. Program activated successfully.
