My activated Desktop Application popup for enter product key but donot allow me to enter

Hello,

I have bougth Objects Desktop and use it for years. I run it on 5 pcs. From time to time on the individual products (FX, Deskscape, Fences) the activation popup is shown. When I click on "enter product key"  nothing happens. The app show trial. I rebooted but the popup ever shown up. I checked my downloads manage licence. Everything looks fine. To shut down the popup I need to go in task manager and cancel the task for configution windows.

What may I do.

That's not my problem.I know my keys. When I press the button for entering the registration keys, nothing happens. So I'm not able to  enter any registration key.

Same problem here. I installed Groupy and ObjectDock, copied my license codes. But I can't press Activate product. Only purchase and start trial work when you click on them.  Running them on Windows 10

There are components of IE in that window.  If you have restrictions on IE (some do), the it will fail.  The options are:

-Set IE to its default settings

-Use the command line to activate (there is no such thing for a trial - you would need to have a purchased version for it to work):

Resetting IE solved my problem.

I would still suggest adding all the rest of SD apps to the list.
