Cannot accessed the software I purchased

I recently purchased object desktop, and I do not have access to the software I purchased in the "My Downloads" section, nor can I see the order in the "Order History" section. Will I be able to access the software I purchased? If not, then I would like to have the charge reversed, because I paid good money for the software, and would appreciate being able to use it.

I have the same problem - nearly 24 hours ago charge to my Amex and no history in purchases, nor an email or in downloads.  It created an account on checkout and have the screenshot but nothing.  Just an Amex charge.

Stardock offices are closed until tomorrow morning. I will attempt to make support aware of this first thing in the morning. They will need to access your account info to see what is the issue. Unfortunately I don't have access to that info.

I still cannot seem to find the order, and I have not gotten an email. I cannot use my email on the key retrieval page either
