Windows 10 Quick access toolbar not displayed in combined mode!

Hi,  When I set Groupy 'combine if possible' mode, Windows 10 explorer quick access toolbar disappears when set to 'show above the ribbon!   Not a huge problem and 'is' displayed when quick access set to 'show below the ribbon' (or Grouply 'always place above mode), but uses up a little more space when doing so...  Would be nice to have both tabs and quick access shown on the menu bar (to save some space).

Using Windows 10 creators edition.

It is not possible to have the quick access toolbar integrated with the explorer window AND the tabs in the titlebar.

By definition only one will fit in that space.
