Tab switching and keyboard layout for ~ key

I have issue with the layout of the ~ key on a french keyboord, because for ~ we need to use AltGr+2.

On french keyboard the top left key is not ~ but ² and I think it could be something else on other exotic layouts.

So I can't switch tab and it's frustrating, if Stardock team can add a way to customize the switch shortcuts it will be great.
