Do not have email address to install the license

I'm the trying to install Multiplicity pro for a user but the email address for the user it was purchased for is not working.

 Thanks, but I've done than it gives the error below. I have put in a ticket with more info last week and I'm waiting on a reply.

Then the product is under a different email.  They should try any that they ever have had.  

Short of that, we would need an order number to look up under what email it was placed under.
