BUG auto group regroups windows

- An application is set to auto groups all instances of it.

- Start two instances -> they are grouped

- Drag and drop one instance window away to ungroup it so you have two separate windows now

- Start a third instance, all three instances are grouped now.

The bug is that I expect the window I dragged away to stay where it is and ONLY force new instances to auto group.
