Shift + ~ should go back a tab

Much like how Chrome allows you to shift+Tab to move you back a tab, Groupy should allow you to shift+~ to go back a group

Use ctrl + win + ~ and it should go backwards.

We felt shift was difficult to press with that key combination vs ctrl.
