Please give an "auto group everything except" option

from Stardock Forums

(1) Please give us an "auto group everything except" option.....

                   (like CTRL is pressed ALL the time...)

AND

(2) CTRL ISN'T WORKING FROM THE START SCREEN please if possible

          make CTRL- force open grouped the apps WORK IN THE START SCREEN
