Apps don't stayed grouped after PC wakes from sleep

I'm grouping Outlook 2013 and Chrome in Windows 10.  I also run WindowBlinds.  The two apps group OK, but after the PC wakes from sleep they are always separate again.  I thought that maybe the problem was that I was skinning Chrome and not Outlook so  excluded Chrome from WindowBlinds, but it didn't make a difference.  TIA for any help with this :D
