Desktop Background Color Reverts

After Awakened From Sleep Windows 7

With Windows 7 Professional (7601.win7sp1_gdr.140706-1506) and WindowBlinds 10.62 (044 - Windows 7 Edition) - 64 bit OS, every instance of awakening from sleep mode, the desktop background color that was set reverts to a different color. Please, what is the fix for this?
