need help !!!

 Couple questions.

What OS are you running? From what site did you download the Windowblind? 

I ask because clicking on the second link takes you to a website that puts up an ad and if you click to be rid of it you are redirected to a host of other sites. As for your problem I suggest familiarizing yourself with Skinstudio. I'm not sure the changes can be made without it. 

 Not going to click on 2nd like but never heard of a WindowBlind called Alexander. So sure not going to click on a link the has alexander.wba in it. Plus what Uvah said above about where it takes you.

 I took the leap. This is an XP skin. It won't look right on Win10.

If you look at the screenshot the hard drive icon says Win10.

im useing Windows 10 64-bit.

the original skin call "Natal" and was made vor Windows 7.

News Flash

I actually installed this skin and tried it using win 7 and win 10. 

First there are many sections not skinned for win 7. Yes I saw on the site the person said it was for win 7. Not true at all. sure some of it will always work. Entire sections aren't skinned.

The White line is an easy fix as it needs an image. Must make the image and be able to install it using SkinStudio. the White backgrounds will be White in a lot of win 10. nothing can be done with all of them. As fas as changing the color on the top need to know SKS.

MY SUGGESTION: There are several good black or dark skins available on here.

how do i find out needed picture size from various parts? (no image defined) 

example: button image -> 5 image frames -> 140x23 /5 -> 28x23 each frame

how do i know size from "no image defined" parts?

Appears you have looked at SKS. My suggestion with my permission is to download one of my latest skins. Here is an easy one with all image easy to see. https://www.wincustomize.com/explore/windowblinds/8800/

When you go to each section in my skin opened in skinstudio (SKS) and highlight the image it will give you the image and size will be listed. While it's highlighted and you click edit image it will open the image in your program. EX: Photoshop or whatever you use it should open in it as a .png - .jpg -bmp are standard formats.

PS: Very important. For whatever images you use copy the code from my image into your location when adding an image. Or just add the image and make sure it works fine if not mess with the painting margins to make it look correct. You will also see "TEXT at the bottom in many locations. Click that to change the text color. There is a drop down menu to change different states if you wish. Really just play around and enjoy yourself.
