Terraforming Mod Deleting Galactic Achievement Buildings

Hey guys, I read up on a lot of posts and I've went through scores of info in the files and I tried a couple of things.  I tried as one person suggested to add in the old Omega improvement and I've tried to mod the Biosphere improvement to not be one per colony.  In both cases they worked, however in both cases the achievement buildings like Brindle's, Eyes, etc disappeared.  I for the life of me can't figure out the problem.

 

Any Ideas?

Actually just tested things, and I put an un-moded copy of the file in the mod directory, and it still deleted the buildings.  I'm missing something here.

What version?  Is this Crusade, and if so, what version?

I run it through steam, as I have no updates pending so i'd have to say the latest one.  Tbh I cannot find anywhere were it lists the version.

When you start the game, there's a version number on the splash screen.  If you're on Crusade, your version number is probably either 2.61 or 2.7.  If you have opted into the 2.7 beta it'll be 2.7.  I"m asking because the base game and Crusade have different mod directories, and in Crusade 2.7 you need to delete any mods you have in the base game mod folder or you risk getting errors.
