Can't see replies to my posts

Hi guys, I've a strange problem with the forum, basically I can't the replies people made to my posts.

For example, I've made this post some days ago --> https://forums.galciv3.com/486170/Problem-with-creating-custom-Ship-Style

I saw that someone has replied to it (or at least it look like someone has done), but when I go check I see no reply at all.

The same goes for other posts I made. Also, when I check my profile, it says my status is "offline" even if I'm not.

Am I missing something? What's going on? There's a way to ask forum staff for help? (by the way, if you have an answer send me a PM, I don't know if I will be able to see your reply here)
