Payment accepted, but no product available
Should we, Stardock's supposedly valued customers, be using the Support Ticketing system if no one actually monitors or responds to tickets?

Hi -
I've opened a couple of ticket to address this issue. I renewed my object desktop subscription on 11/17.... I still don't have access to the software - the most worrisome aspect of this situation is the lack of response from anyone at stardock. Here are the ticket numbers:
BUV-655-28786 - Opened 11/17
YZR-927-46402 - Opened yesterday
