Why is it taking so long to process my order

I placed my order for fences 3 . I was advised that it would take one business days to receive an email at which day I will be charged and my order will be fulfilled  .Well it's now 3days  and still when I log on it says I have no orders . An order confirming  gave me an order number 4126886 .

 

Can someone from Stardock please look into this as I am getting concerned.

Your order hit a fraud queue.  I have processed it, however.

What is "fraud queue" means ?  And what should I do , can you give me some suggestion ?

A fraud queue is to make sure someone else wasn't using your payment info. This is to protect you and Stardock.
