Features I would like to see (influenced by MS Sets)...

  • Saved Groups
    Save groups so that when an icon is clicked all defined tabs are loaded. Browsers do this where you define a setting to open a page or group of pages when launched. As an example, when I click on my file explorer I would like three tabs to open automatically to the defined locations I had saved or apps I had grouped. This behavior could be bypassed (or activated - either way) by holding the shift key when clicking the icon.

  • Sync Settings
    Allow these save group settings to be synced between computers. Utilize a user's Dropbox or Google Drive account to accomplish this. Use a push method rather than a pull method to sync other computer. Newly turned on computers would sync at startup. This is bordering on features MS Sets has that appears to require a MS account. By using Dropbox, Google Drive, or others you remove this barrier. Being able to detect documents being worked on at a work computer and be able to continue at home with the tabs grouped for the project would be a worthy goal after simple saved groups are implemented.

  • New Tab
    Add a 'new' tab between the last tab in a group and groupy's settings button. This is a tab like web browsers use to open a new tab. When clicked, show recently worked on applications that can be launched in the new tab.

I agree on the new tab thing, I caught myself trying to create a new one but it made no sense since it wasn't a single application.
But adding a recently used apps menu would make it a thing.

Yes, these suggestions are on the money. I can't see me using it much once the novelty wears off unless it's possible to save and restore Groups.
