Copyright Date Year are not showing the current year. Do you think Is it important to show the current year?

2015 was the last update for Start8.  There have been no changes in 2016 or 2017 which is why the date shows 2015.

Start10 was introduced for Windows 10.

 

Start8 for Windows8/8.1 So keep improvement updating.
