No Wobble

This maybe know I dont know but if one has wobbly windows turned on then if Groupy titlebar is used then they(windows) dont wobble.

I have two browsers grouped together if I click on the browser bar then windows wobble but if you use Groupy it/they dont.

Windows 10 Pro I think including fall update.

In fact a number off items dont work friction on flicks is the same
