Can't Install Groupy

Hello, I order today a new software package from you because I need the GROUPY.

But now I see, GROUPY is not include!

I do something wrong? Please clear this for me , that I can use GROUPY soon.

I have also license for FENCES and for MULTIPLICY with you.
