Why does a registered version of WB only work for one user only on XP?

I was using a shareware version of WB for a week. Had it working for all users on my XP PC and now with a registered version it does not work for other users. Does anybody know what the fix is? Your help much appreciated. Thanks.

Mine works for 3 users, just have to go onto each account to change

in older versions of windowblinds you had to go into the users name, other than the main one, and then Start ---> programs ---> object desktop ---> (and their will be some icon there to enable it) you must do this for each user... if I recall.... but I may be thinking of something else...

hmmm.... just went and checked, by default now, all names automaticly have windowblinds running... hmmm.... you could always go under the name you want and then Start --> run--> 'c:\program files\object desktop\windowblinds\wbload.exe'

then see if it is running... and if it is, go to windowblinds from the apperence dialog, and set it to always run at startup, you may have to repeat for each individual user... my fingers are crossed...

You have to enable it on each user.

I didn't have to enable it for each user. It was already running when I switched users. Of course I didn't create new users until after I had installed Windowblinds. Perhaps that makes a difference from having the users already created prior to Windowblinds.

Thanks for tips. Strangely I was not able to locate WB in the start-up folder for other users nor was I able to create one or enable it. Even when I tried to run the wbload.exe file nothing happened. So I tried creating a new user account and it worked fine for the new user account, loading up WB automatically. Rather cummersome having to recreate the user list and preferences but at least I have it working now.
Thanks again.
