IconPackager 10.02 is already available and has been for some time now.

I use IconDeveloper, works fine for me on Windows 10. I don't create packages though. I create an icon now and then.

When I installed this when windows 10 was new it installed fine.  I've used it extensively since then.  Now, however, when I went to install it for my new computer, it is somehow "incompatible?"  Why?  I really like and use IconDeveloper!

I just installed IconDeveloper on Windows 10 without an issue.

That's interesting.  I wonder why its locked out on mine.  Is there a way to override the "compatibility" list?

I'd post a screenshot for what error you are seeing.

I "solved" the problem.  In that I copied the Icon Developer folder from my old machine which had it successfully installed to the new machine which didn't.  I then created a shortcut and pinned it.  I had to activate it but that went fine.  The only minor issue with this method is that the manager app does not know that it's installed.  But it works just fine.

This method may not be kosher but it works and I really need this app.

Why don't you just download the installer?

You can only download the Object Desktop Manager app and not the Icon Developer app.  The Object Desktop Manager app is erroneously listing the Icon Developer app as incompatible with windows 10.
