Are the developers reading the Steam feedback forums?

I'm asking because there's quite a few topics in there with no replies, and I know that at least here you do on occasion get a developer reply.

Don't think so. Stardock has a tendency to forget all about their Elemental series games after they roll out with a few minor patches...-No matter how severe the glitches/bugs that remain are.

It’s not about forgetting. It’s just limited focus.

Also, to characterize the fairly massive updates that have been made to Fallen Enchantress over the years as minor updates characterizes one of the reasons there isn’t a lot of incentive to read the forums for those games.

It discourages me as an owner of the game.  I can only imagine how it affect developers.  I consider Steam forums an inconsistent, often vitriolic, environment.  I am thankful that Stardock runs their own environment and encourages communication there.  Even occasional Frogboy rants are a sign of how much everybody cares at Stardock.  :)
