Can't contact Stardock

I bought WindowBlinds 10. SkinStudio 10 is listed in the receipt as a free extra but it isn't installed in my pc nor I can find anywhere a link to download and install it for free.

If I open the receipt I received and click on "SkinStudio 10  (digital download)      qty 1       $0.00" I get a web page that gives me the opportunity to buy the program for $9.99    

I tried to contact stardock, three times in the last two weeks, writing directly to <[email protected]> but I've never received any answer.

I've just tried to use the email form on their website but I get a server error when I submit my message.

Any suggestion?

I already know about http://download.stardock.com.

My account -> My downloads is the first place I checked but all I can find is a link to re-download WindowBlinds 10 or to get its product key!

No sign of SkinStudio 10.

How am I supposed to contact someone from stardock when nobody answers to my emails and their internal email form doesn't work (server error)?
