personal single player civ

So before when i played this game i was able to use cheat engine to modify attribute numbers to create civilizations in the fashion that I believe them to work as.  Now i cannot. is there anyway in the civ building options i can click a button that allows for single player only civs so that I might make them however i please?

If you are trying to exceed the standard number of traits and ability points, that does not exist.  If you are just creating new civs, try New Game, select a faction, and select either copy or edit.  You can then save the edited civ under a new name with your new configuration.  If you post it on the Workshop, you will have a backup copy for any recovery purposes.

If you want to become unbalanced could you make a MOD and redo the FactionDefs
