Problem accessing the game....

Hey guys,

LONGtime owner of GalCiv, GC2, and the addons for GC2.  I owned all through the Impulse platform, which then became GameStop.  Anyway, last week, my long-time PC gave up the ghost, and I just got a new one.  Went to install the GameStop app, and basically couldn't find it.  So I copied my files over, and can fire up the app, but since it's a new PC, it won't let me access anything until I use a one-time password they will email me.  And, the email never shows.

Some searches show that this is the current state for a lot of people.  So, my question is, how do I get access back for the GalCiv games?  Any help is appreciated.
