Disabling Merc Bazaar (while keeping the Torians)

Is there a way to remove mercenaries from the game without disabling the DLC that also brings the Torians?

There was a post here a long time ago that commented out Mercenary ships in some .xml file that done the job, but the attached file is no longer available.

I'll gladly do it myself, if someone point me in the right direction

If you make it as a scenario, then use the following in CampaignDefs:

&lt;DisableMercenaries&gt;true&lt;/DisableMercenaries&gt;
