GalCiv 3 campaign progress

I have played the galCiv3 campaigns over the last year or so on different computers. How can I get the most up to date mission transferred to another computer...I went to continue a campaign recently and discovered I had already completed the next mission in the queue previously because I had played it on my laptop so how can I transfer the completed mission on the laptop over so I don't have to play it again?

Your save games are located "\Documents\My Games\GalCiv3\Saves" or here "\Documents\My Games\GC3Crusade\Saves" if you have Crusade.

If you'd like to unlock the campaigns, start the game with the "-cheat" param, press the ~ key in a new playthrough and input "UNLOCKCAMPAIGNS" - This will unlock all campaigns for you to play whichever one you want!

UNLOCKCAMPAIGNS is not listed as a command in the Help list.  Not does 'help unlockcampaigns' yield a response.  Have you tried it recently?  (I'm on 2.33)
