Planets not loading

so i created a single star with a group of planets for everyone and half the planets will not load including the ones controlling the phase lanes to the star. it is a choke point map so those are very important. furthermore it keeps misplacing players. player0-4 are on one side but not where it set them up. they are always shifting. yes i have set the player starting points 0-4 on their respective planets. and yes i have set the teams. i spent 2 hours making a map that i cannot play.. which is annoying. 

any help would be appreciated
