Bug Report - enemy units take no damage

I'm playing mission 3 on the Genesis campaign.
I've been playing for a while, and now all enemy units are taking no damage from sentinel turrets, upgraded sentinel turrets, and anti aircraft emplacements.
Carving turrets still do damage, however.
Is this a known issue? Any fixes?
