Annoyance with achievments

Well, ive been playing this game for years, and recently decided to finish off the achievements in the game, and today gotten utterly annoyed.

For the last three days ive been trying to get the TEC military research achievement, with no luck. Ive tried everything i can find online about it, and i was legit wondering if its just luck for it to pop or if im screwed because its bugged.

I own all the DLC, and expansions, ive tried with no mods running, all AI still alive, No research in capital ship or the logistics thing etc....

You need everything from this list, some of the sub-trees moved.

Thats...utterly idiotic. so i also need Quick gauss capacitors and the others too? ffs, ill give it a go i guess 

 

Unless i read your post wrong, in which case i can post a picture of my tree in my current play through.


edit 2: yea that didnt work., still didnt pop for me.

edit 3: well, it popped finally after another day of restarting games, so, not sure what happened there, guess this thread can be closed!
