i have completed all the objectives on the second genesis mission (captured all non resource locations, destroyed halee's base, captured fermium deposit), but game does not end and non of the objectives are marked as complete. a save and reload resulted in halee's base defences re-spawning and all of the game dialog re starting (objectives still marked as incomplete)
Hmm. Whenever I kill Haalee's Nexus the game ends. Did you do it all in one sitting? I wonder if it has something to do with an update we did to fix a bug on that mission.
I was able to win by killing nexus, but the but is with the node closest to the enemy.
The stream of dumb reinforcements actually end up capturing that node and there's no way to take it back.
I ended up replaying it and then capturing the node in reverse starting closest to enemy and then working back towards my base.
i did it in one sitting, well tried to heheh
never received any reinforcements, had to do it the hard way
captured all the "victory locations" before killing halee, then destroyed the nexus, then cleared out the remaining defences around the fermium deposit, then captured fermium deposit, then.......... game continues, no mission complete. spent some time destroying every building and unit on the map, even tried to attack my ally (no luck there). saved and reloaded and all halee's turrets re-spawned and the mission dialog restarted (including granting me 4 more engineers) but halees nexus is still captured by me as are all her resource nodes, and recapturing the fermium deposit does nothing
