Detail Missing Elements for Construction

Idea:  When wishing to upgrade components of a starbase, Colony Building, or Starship I notice certain items are grey'ed out and cannot be built but when you hover over the item it merely tells you what the total requirements are to build the component.  I have found this to be confusing because I am then checking each material to see which one I am missing, would be easier if the missing/lacking material was highlighted in red text.
