Fix Planet for a Planet - people starting to exploit it

Ok so Matheus is a good player, but this is not in the spirit of any sins game IMO.

It turns our Planet for a Planet is broken (AL 3rd tier harmony), and that once an opponent takes for example a roid of yours, you can keep it going infinitely by letting pirates bomb out a world you keep retaking behind your front line.

This gives you an indefinite 25% damage increase... indefinite... it never expires.   The wording is that it give a bonus against the "aggressor", but in fact, once you are an aggressor at any time, you stay the aggressor indefinitely while ever they keep planet for a planet active by letting pirates bomb out a back planet.... this is not what it says.

So there i was facing Math with infinite 25% bonus just because I got out early and took a roid of him.....   

I guess everyone start playing AL and abusing planet for a planet.

Oh and this is after OMG stopping 2 or 3 games from starting by spamming chat with the usual bs. ... not a fun day at all

Once again in a tight battle where I coulda held him at hw, matheus proc planet for a planet with pirates to wipe me in 2 minutes...

 

This is serious exploit and matheus is scum for using it.

 

Fix asap....   it should only be against the aggressor
