Aid Research is a project. Not an improvement.

Im building that project which shows 68 turns..... but tile is empty.
Yes, xeno factory requires 1 durantium to upgrade. That's not a bug. You'll find that many buildings and starbase upgrades now require resources.
Also, projects like Aid Research don't take up a tile. They can be done over and over again and return +X research or credits or whatever when they finish.

Mate, can you even read? Did you even read the description? It said "Provides 25 Research". It is a PROJECT, not an IMPROVEMENT. Geez, why it is so hard to understand?
