Will the key in my account unlock the steam version?

That's not supported at this time.

Quoting Danielx64,

Will the key in my account unlock the steam version?

That's not supported at this time.

Will you consider supporting this in the future?

Will my Stardock products not on Steam, such as Fences 2, Start8, and Start10 eventually have a Steam key provided?

That is not something we currently have planned.

Stardock is not planning to convert purchases from our store to Steam

Hello! Do the same thing with Start 8, which would not depend on your very bad payment system on the cards for which I lost money, nerves and time.

Actually those support is kept silent, the money hangs at the rate of $ 6 broken down for 2, 2, 2 $ for 5 days already, and from no one rumor or spirit and the money is written off and suspended and the license key is not received.

I'm shocked! The payment system is not made publicly for people, especially why write that the payment was not received and in fact the funds have already been written off?

The store used to put a temporary hold on money during the order process.  This would be released automatically after a few days depending on how your bank does these things.  If your orders are failing for some reason then you could end up with multiple ones all waiting to time out.  It should be noted that you lose no money from this as it will be released.

I believe the store had an update last week which means it no longer does even this and only places a hold when an order is queued for manual fraud checks.
